Fine and rare L’Epervier brass wheel clockwork Lark Mirror Lure. These were used by Victorian hunters to attract larks, a delicacy in Victorian times!
A cord was fitted to the brass wheel which, when pulled, would the clockwork mechanism inside, rotating the mirrored lure. Superb condition, a very rare type, and a pleasure to own.
